The Flats at Big Tex sell to Chicago-based company

The Flats at Big Tex, developed by Blue Star Arts Complex developer James Lifshutz and national multifamily developer The NRP Group, sold to a Chicago-based real estate company for an undisclosed amount. The deal was closed last month when The Accend Companies, a multifamily investor, purchased the 7.5-acre, 336-unit apartment complex.
