OliverMcMillan reduces unit count in Waikiki rental project

The project, to be built on land owned by the Queen Emma Land Co., will still reserve 20 percent of the total units, or 89 apartments including 54 existing units slated for redevelopment, as affordable for families earning 80 percent or less of the area median income.

Katy ISD to break ground on new agriculture center

To meet its growing student population and their extracurricular needs, Katy Independent School District will soon begin construction on a new Agricultural Sciences Center.  Located at 5825 Katy Hockley Cut Off Road in Katy, the center was expected to break ground on April 9, but the event has been postponed due to site conditions, according to a press release and email. Nashville home sales essentially flat for March

Nashville home sales increased in March, something they haven’t done all year — but only slightly. According to the Greater Nashville Realtors, there were 3,446 closings reported in the Nashville area last month, an increase of 0.7 percent compared to March 2017.
