On Saturday, the San Antonio Housing Authority opened phase two of a major four phase project on San Antonio's East Side. SAHA, along with St. Louis-based developer McCormack Baron Salazar and several city officials marked the opening of Wheatley Park Senior Living, a new senior living community on 910 North Mittman St. Wheatley, which broke ground in October 2016, features 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
