Residential project planned in The Nations

A new buyer has plans to redevelop an industrial site in The Nations into a residential project. Nashville Post reports that Atlanta-based Thrive Homes is under contract to buy a two-parcel site at 1601 57th Ave. N. and 5700 California Ave. Renaissance Stone Cutting LLC currently owns the 4.75-acre property.
