Pikesville apartment complex sells for $24.5 million

The 131-unit Annen Woods apartment complex in Pikesville has sold for $24.5 million. Peak Management LLC purchased the Class B property that has one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The new ownership is planning to upgrade 90 units with modern kitchen appliances, granite countertops and new bathrooms.
