Florida firm breaks ground on 289-unit luxury apartment building in Indian Land

A Florida firm has started a 289-unit luxury apartment complex in Indian Land that’s expected to come online in late 2019. It’s LandSouth Construction’s second Charlotte-area project. In 2010, it completed Integra Springs at Kellswater Bridge in Cabarrus County in 2010.
