320-unit apartment and townhome development opens in Cranberry

GMH Capital Partners LP has completed The Pendleton in Cranberry Township with 320 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. In the Village of Cranberry Woods on Pendleton Way, the newly completed apartments and townhomes include a club room with several amenities, according to a news release.
