Valley Ranch developer to build 450-acre community near Conroe

The developer behind Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community in northeast Houston, has announced a new residential project. The Signorelli Co., based in The Woodlands, will build a new subdivision called Granger Pines near Conroe, according to a press release.
