SoMa group housing seeks density bonus, The Wing moves West, Hayes Valley land for sale and more in our real estate digest

Developer Patrick Kennedy’s Panoramic Interests has proposed a South of Market housing project that wants to use the state density bonus, which allows taller height in exchange for affordable housing. The 50-unit project proposed at 351 12th St. includes eight affordable units and would replace a parking lot.
