Real-estate loan marketplace PeerStreet raises $29.5 million

PeerStreet, a platform for investing in real estate-backed loans, has raised $29.5 million in a funding round led by World Innovation Lab. Also participating in the Series B round were existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Thomvest, Colchis Capital, Felicis Ventures, along with new investors Solon Mack and Navitas Capital.
