Ogden buys Water Street property from Clear Channel for housing development

Ogden Multifamily Partners LLC is drawing up plans for a new apartment or condo building near downtown Milwaukee after buying a corner property on Water Street from Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. The lot at North Jackson and North Water streets currently is vacant with a billboard.
