Miami Beach mansion sold for $11M after $3M discount

A waterfront mansion in Miami Beach sold for $11.02 million, taking a loss from its last trade four years ago. Inversiones Y.A.M.R. LLC, managed by Miguel Lauricella in Doral, sold the 11,862-square-foot home at 2305 Lake Avenue to Chicago-based DH MIA LLC. The buyer is a Delaware-registered company so it’s not clear who owns it.
