Houston’s home sales dip in March for first time since Hurricane Harvey

Houston’s housing market saw a year-over-year decrease in single-family home sales and total property sales in March — the first such decline since Hurricane Harvey disrupted sales in August.  Inventory is still lower than it was last year, though most other metrics remained in positive territory, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
