Developers break ground on Mt. Lebanon senior living apartment complex

Construction of a 60-unit apartment complex in Mt. Lebanon is now underway. Oxford Development Co., Green Development and Allegheny County Housing Authority have partnered on the project at 2903 Midland Ave., at the intersection of McNeilly Road and Midland Avenue, according to a news release.
