The owner of Columbia County, Ga.’s Magnolia Valley residential development has agreed to a settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency in a lawsuit over creek and wetland pollution. Developer Aaron Sullivan filed plans to build 142 single-family homes on a 50-acre site off William Few Parkway, the Augusta Chronicle reported. Discharge permits were first issued in 2008.
