Breaking down the Triangle's foreclosure rates

The percentage of Triangle homes in foreclosure proceedings has held steady for the past few months, but is on the decline overall since 2015. The latest data from business analytics firm CoreLogic shows just 0.26 percent of Raleigh homeowners are currently in some stage of the foreclosure process. The rate is well below state and national averages, and has remained relatively flat since last summer.
