Another luxury listing just went live in D.C. The home at 4400 Garfield St. NW went up for sale Friday for $9.995 million. It’s located in Wesley Heights, a neighborhood between others — Cathedral Heights, Palisades and Foxhall — known for upper-market sales that attract high-profile residents.
