That Minneapolis castle house that was supposed to become a brewery? It's back on the market

A historic "Harry Potter house" in downtown Minneapolis is back on the market after plans for a brewery at the site fell through. The Star Tribune reports that the home is for sale for $2.99 million. The building owner, Jeffrey Arundel, re-listed the home early this year. The area is zoned for residential, so the house could remain a home, but Arundel also mentioned the possibility of an event center, club or restaurant in the space.
