Theodore Manziaris, president and co-founder of Toronto-based Turtle Island Recycling, and wife Anastasia Manziaris sold a new oceanfront mansion in Jupiter Inlet Colony for $11.5 million. The 8,757-square-foot home at 242 Ocean Drive to Hobos 63 LLC, a New Jersey-registered company that has the same Villanova, Pennsylvania address as Daniel L. Boyce and Shelly L. Boyce.
