Luxury apartments underway in massive mixed-use in northeast Houston

The first luxury apartment project in McCord Development’s 4,000-acre Generation Park broke ground earlier this month.  The project, called 255 Assay Street Luxury Apartments, will include 251 units plus 17,000-square-feet of ground-floor retail, according to an email from Houston-based McCord.  Units will range from 600-square-foot studios to three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouses spanning 2,651 square feet.
