Sales prices in the Charlotte region continue to track higher on an annual basis. Carolina Multiple Listing Services Inc. data released Friday for the month of February shows that the median sales price over the past year has jumped 12.9% to $227,000. That's 5.1% higher than January. The average sales price also increased year over year in February, up 7.8% to $269,529. That represents a slight drop of 0.3% from the previous month.
