The family of late billionaire Bruce T. Halle, who was the richest man in Arizona, sold an oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach for $39.38 million. Halle, the founder of Discount Tire, died in early January at 87. Forbes estimated his net worth at $5.2 billion. Endigan LLC, managed by the Halle family, sold the 17,804-square-foot mansion, at 1473 N. Ocean Blvd., to William C. Powers and Marianne Elaine Elmasri as joint tenants with rights of survivorship.
