Denver rents increasing less than national average, says new report

Denver rents in the past year have increased less than the national average, according to a new report from Zillow. According to Zillow's latest figures, rents across the country have increased 2.8 percent over the past year, while rents in Denver have increased only 2.5 percent over the same period.
