Actor Dennis Quaid has sold his nearly 5,000-square-foot home on Lake Austin. The Hollywood star — who's known for movies like "The Big Easy" and "The Rookie" — recently sold the property in the gated Marina Club development near Austin Country Club for nearly $3.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.
