Dayton rental market remains stable, rent costs below national average

A report from a San Francisco-based apartment search website finds that the rental market in the Dayton area remained stable over the last year. Apartment List's March 2018 Dayton Rent Report shows that while Dayton rents remained flat in February, rents are up slightly from March 2017, with an increase of 1.2 percent.
