Arizona has a new record home sale, according to The Arizona Republic. The daily paper reported this week that a home in north Scottsdale recently sold for $18.8 million — a new record for an Arizona home. According to the Republic, the new record holder is a 21,000-square-foot mansion in the well-heeled Silverleaf neighborhood.
