A plan would bring 163 homes to what is now undeveloped land in Blendon Township. The 55-acre plot of farmland is east of I-270 and north of Rt. 161. It's bisected by Ulry Road, south of its intersection with Central College Road and the Asherton Grove development. The land would be annexed into the city of Columbus, and plans show a housing development on both sides of the road near 6450 Ulry.
