The Hillcroft estate on Geneva Lake, which was originally owned by the Wrigley family, has sold for $11.25 million, making it one of the highest, if not the highest, sale price for a home in the Lake Geneva area, according to the realty company behind the deal. The sellers, Roger O’Neill and his wife, were represented by Jay Hicks of Keefe Real Estate. They closed on the deal Wednesday.
